The shuttle service operates between Norfolk International Airport and all Hampton Roads cities--Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth and Suffolk on Southside Hampton Roads--and Williamsburg, Hampton, Newport News, Jamestown and Yorktown on the Virginia Peninsula. Airport Connection is located outside baggage claim at the booth marked "Airport Connection."

The rental car offices are conveniently located in the baggage claim area below the main terminal lobby. Companies served include Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National and Thrifty.
